Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on supporting Technology Architecture within a global organization, ensuring effective governance, planning, and reporting processes. The role contributes to optimizing operational workflows, enhancing stakeholder coordination, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the GBS environment.
Responsibilities you'll have
Support the Technology Architecture team by handling administrative, coordination, and operational tasks
Enable architects to focus on strategic and technical decision-making
Act as a trusted support function across architecture governance processes
Contribute to planning and reporting activities within the architecture domain
Coordinate communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the GBS organisation
Ensure smooth operational flow and alignment of architectural activities across teams
Expected competences and knowledge
Solid understanding of the TOGAF architecture framework
Advanced proficiency in JIRA, including strong command of JQL
Data science / Business Intelligence skills, including dashboard creation and Gantt charting
Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage tasks based on complex criteria
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams
Niece to have
Experience working with dispatching systems (ticket management)
Advanced proficiency in Confluence, including integration with JIRA
