Introduction & Summary
The Data, Analytics and Reporting Expert will play a crucial role within the WS2 workstream by providing precise and agile responses to ad-hoc requests from leadership and senior stakeholders. This position requires proficiency in Excel, data modeling, and strong communication skills to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and the maintenance of high-quality data governance.
Main Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Reporting Specialist include:
Responding effectively to urgent and diverse stakeholder needs.
Optimizing data processes and maintaining data governance.
Supporting the Reporting Coordinator in producing high-quality reports.
Coordinating project progress updates across multiple stakeholder meetings.
Conducting ad-hoc analyses with a focus on quality assurance.
Key Requirements
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, including data modeling with Power Query.
Exceptional attention to detail in report preparation.
Collaborative team player with accountability and ownership.
Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
Nice to Have
Experience with stakeholder communication management.
Familiarity with project coordination and timeline management.
